Excellent customer service. A little slow but they may have been backed up reason why I had to wait wait all day. Also, the service technician Zach was outstanding in updating my entertainment center with the flash drive. The other service technicians said that there was no update or it couldn't be done. Please educate your service technicians for every car that comes through that's a Hyundai through your service department as to what updates are available and what updates are not available. Dealership was professional. They met the need to replace a tire, oil change, and recall. However, the PSI sensor still shows low tire pressure even though the tire was replaced. I think something is wrong with the sensor.
Jimmy Worked really hard to get Me the deal I wanted. He went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction!! Highly recommended!

My appointment went very smooth. I dropped off the car and I was told my car would be ready around 12pm. I arrived at 12:15pm and the car was ready to go. Check out went smooth as well. Everyone very helpful and professional.

Very quick initial contact after I reached out. Nick, the salesman was willing to compromise on helping me get the vehicle I wanted. Had a poor interaction with Southern Hyundai Newport News and wanted to give the commission to the folks at Chesapeake that actually did the work to sell the vehicle. Took my 2022 Honda Civic in to Hyundai - work of mouth they were recommended as a good repair shop. Wasn't disappointed. Got parts ordered, and fixed up under extended warranty. They had no problem pulling up my extended warranty info from my VIN. Car is as good as new, and didn't cost me anything. I thought the fluid levels in my Ioniq 5 were low. Shane checked me in, listened to my concern and took a look. He walked me through each of the fluid compartments, explained how their levels should look and why and gave me a great explanation of the electric braking system. He topped off the coolant and sent me on my way. I am relatively new to this dealership, but this kind of customer-friendly service seems to be the rule and not the exception. Well done. They were fixing my windshield wiper fluid sprayers.. and then three hours later when I left, I had to go back in because they wasn't working, but they fixed it.. so at least it's done... You'll need to fill up the snacks in the waters lol

Lorianna was great 👍 she explained everything in detail and I trust what she tells me because she was a technician. I liked that she broke things down into manageable goals, because I can't afford everything at one time. We came up with a plan of what is priority and I will be back specifically for her!
Lorianna and Grace helped me and they were both kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the recommendations so I know what is due on my car. The pictures and video inspection was nice because I could see the condition of my brakes and it backed up that I actually need them. Thank you southern for helping me maintain my vehicle!
Very pleasant and work done in a timely manner. The waiting area was comfortable. Only complaint was it was very cold in there.
I was told my oil change would be up to 2 hrs, but I had to wait 2 hrs and 30 mins. Everyone was pleasant, good clean waiting rm.

Appointment for oil change and tire rotation took over 3 hours (3-615 pm) due to unexpected issues with other customers prior to me. Grace was the saving 'grace' for my appointment due to making sure both services were taken care of, gave me regular updates during my wait, and didn't charge me for my oil change due to the inconvenience of the long wait. I bought my car in Hampton, but came to Southern Hyundai Chesapeake due to it being close to home, previous years of service with my 2019 Santa Fe, and customer service advisors such as Grace.
