It started well with the vehicle being ready to see when we arrived. The negotiation went well. We applied for financing, which we got, but Marcus left for a doctor's appointment and we were left sitting. Finally, 4 hrs after we arrived Nick did our paperwork and we left over 4.5 hours after we arrived.

I purchased my vehicle from the previous owner, Hall Hyundai. My vehicle has only been serviced by Hall and Southern at this location. Southern has poor communication with me as a customer. I always wait at the dealership for service to be completed. As such, any communication about my vehicle while in service should be conducted in person verbally, not sent by email or text. I would have had additional recommended services performed if I had been contacted in person.

It was still faulty and would not stand by it until I paid them 250 for a diagnostic fee after I was told the part was on order. I thought the fluid levels in my Ioniq 5 were low. Shane checked me in, listened to my concern and took a look. He walked me through each of the fluid compartments, explained how their levels should look and why and gave me a great explanation of the electric braking system. He topped off the coolant and sent me on my way. I am relatively new to this dealership, but this kind of customer-friendly service seems to be the rule and not the exception. Well done. Had a 9:30 am appt for oil change that took almost 5 hours. She asked what is the very latest I needed it back and I said 2:00pm. They didn't send me the suggested service option until 1:55 PM and we did not walk out there until 2:15 PM which is absolutely outrageous. I was later informed about some recommendations that had nothing to do with my inspection that really should have been addressed during my scheduled oil changes. I was told the car would be ready on Monday. I received no calls and no updates on Monday. I called in on Monday and never received a call back. Shane was nice. The only thing that disappoint me is that i cam e first with the other 2 customers but they were the one who get out first. At least, they should have told me why my car took longer than theirs. I waited like 2 hrs.
